This creep speed distribution evaluation method (S1) includes a test piece creation step (S11) for creating a plurality of test pieces from different positions of a structural member, a tensile testing step (S12) for acquiring the tensile strength of each of the plurality of test pieces by carrying out tensile testing on the plurality of test pieces, and a creep speed distribution estimation step (S14) for estimating the creep speed distribution of the structural member from the tensile strengths obtained in the tensile testing step (S12) on the basis of a preset correlation between tensile strength and creep speed.
