PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working situation monitoring device for a lift capable of surely detecting an abnormal state of a worker even in the case that no impact is applied.SOLUTION: The working situation monitoring device for a lift includes a work estimation part for estimating a working place or working contents on the basis of information from a control device of a lift, and an abnormality detection part for detecting abnormality in the case that a sensor device does not output information related to a feature amount corresponding to the working place of the working contents estimated by the work estimation part during a monitoring time corresponding to the working place or the working contents estimated by the work estimation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
