MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS OF NITRATE-CONTAINING AQUEOUS HYDROGEN PEROXIDE SOLUTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-concentration aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution containing a high concentration of sodium nitrate, that is to solve the following problems in a process of manufacturing the aqueous solution to provide a method for producing the solution in a short time, at a low cost, and safely, the problems including: 1) sodium nitrate absorbs a large quantity of energy at a time of its dissolution and, therefore, it is difficult to dissolve a high concentration of sodium nitrate in an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution of high concentration in a short time; 2) sodium nitrate is a dangerous material determined by Fire Service Law and is difficult to handle; and 3) because sodium nitrate is dissolved in an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution of high concentration, hydrogen peroxide may decompose due to an impurity in sodium nitrate and emit heat, giving rise to a danger of explosion.;SOLUTION: A solution of a high concentration of sodium nitrate dissolved in an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution of high concentration can be manufactured in a short period of time, efficiently and safely by properly controlling: 1) a temperature of a raw material; (2) a raw material concentration; 3) a particle diameter of sodium nitrate; and 4) use of a stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
