Method and apparatus for producing nitrate-containing hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution

An object of the present invention is to provide a high concentration hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution containing high concentration sodium nitrate. That is, in the process of producing this aqueous solution, 1) sodium nitrate is accompanied by a large amount of endotherm when dissolved, and it is therefore difficult to dissolve high concentration sodium nitrate in a high concentration aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution in a short time. 2) Sodium nitrate is difficult to handle because it is a hazardous material under the Fire Service Act. 3) Since it dissolves in a high-concentration aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution, hydrogen peroxide decomposes and generates heat due to impurities in sodium nitrate, causing a risk of explosion and explosion. By solving these problems, a method for safely producing in a short time at low cost is provided. SOLUTION: Solutions to these problems are studied, 1) control of raw material temperature, 2) control of raw material concentration, 3) control of particle size of sodium nitrate, 4) proper use of hydrogen peroxide stabilizer. Thus, a solution in which a high concentration of sodium nitrate is dissolved in a high concentration aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution can be produced efficiently and safely in a short time.
