PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable novel agents containing solifenacin represented by chemical formula (1), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.;SOLUTION: The invention provides stable amorphous powders containing lactose as a stabilizer, a preparation method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of urologic disease, respiratory disease, or digestive system disease.
