PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuisine price search device for enabling an unspecific large number of persons to appropriately search and reference the menu of a restaurant as necessary.SOLUTION: A cuisine price search device is configured to collect the menu images of a restaurant submitted via the Internet, and to extract characters from the collected menu images, and to acquire the name and position information of the restaurant from information associated with the extracted characters or menu images, and to extract the names of cuisines and the price of each cuisine in association from the extracted characters, and to associate the name and position information of the restaurant to generate a menu database of each restaurant, and to store and hold it in a storage part. The cuisine price search device is configured to present search items which can be searched by using the menu database of the storage part to a user, and to receive a search request, and to perform search corresponding to the search items requested in the received search request to generate search result information, and to provide the generated search result information to the user.
