PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fertilizer excellent in plant growth efficiency by using as a raw material fine-powder oil cake sub-generated at the time of pressing an oil seed that is the raw material of an oil stuff.SOLUTION: Without directly using an oil cake of fine powders containing 30-50% of a particle with a particle diameter of 300-500 μm and less than 1% of a particle with a particle diameter of 1400 μm or more, using it by adding organic compounds such as powdered bones, baked carbon of chicken droppings, rice bran, and the like, into a fertilizer component can inhibit the fermentation or putrefaction of an oil cake and represent an extremely excellent fattening result in plant growth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
