PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide neurite outgrowth inhibitors that can inhibit neurite outgrowth and are capable of inhibiting hyperalgesia and itch irritation due to primary sensory neuronal outgrowth.SOLUTION: The neurite outgrowth inhibitor of the present invention contains at least one herbal medicine having the activity of inhibiting the neurite outgrowth of dorsal root ganglion (DRG) due to nerve growth factor (NGF), and can inhibit various symptoms attributed to neurite outgrowth, such as hyperalgesia, itch irritation, and the like due to primary sensory neuronal outgrowth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
