PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file and a file system, capable of giving a fixed impression while having a simple structure so as to allow a user to easily manage the file and the file system.SOLUTION: Clear books CB serving as files in a stationery product each include: a cover 1 as a body, made of a synthetic resin material; a tag sheet 2 made of the same synthetic resin material as that of the cover 1, and attached to a position to be exposed from the outside in the cover 1, as an impression giving sheet capable of giving a fixed impression to a user; and a plurality of clear pockets 4 forming a transparent bag-like form and fixed to the cover 1 by, for instance, welding.
