PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for ophthalmologic measurement taking account of wettability of the cornea, and to provide an ophthalmologic measuring apparatus, and a method for evaluating a test piece.SOLUTION: A method for ophthalmologic measurement includes: after administering an indicator substance to a subject's eye; causing the subject to blink and uniformly diffusing the indicator substance on the cornea; chronologically photographing the cornea surface on which a thin film of the indicator substance is formed; measuring a dry spot area on the basis of a plurality of images obtained by photographing; calculating a rise curve of the dry spot area from the measured dry spot area and calculating an inclination of an inflection point of the rise curve; and outputting a time taken from the blinking to an occurrence of the dry spot, the inclination of the inflection point of the rise curve, and a maximum dry spot area. An evaluation taking account of the tear liquid stability and the wettability of the cornea can be thus calculated.
