A method for generating a style-changeable font and a terminal device using the same are provided. According to the present invention, a font is generated by an apparatus including a processor, and a style change is impossible among the style parameters in a METAFONT composed of a character drawing function and a style parameter. A step (a) for setting a fixed style parameter, a step (b) for generating an intermediate code based on the character drawing function and the fixed style parameter, and a variable capable of changing the style of the intermediate code and the style parameter.
