PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate appropriate test data even in a case where there are a plurality of variables in which a storage area of a reference destination is partially overlapped.SOLUTION: Division means 11 divides a storage area referred to by a plurality of variables 1 included in a branch condition in processing to be executed based on a test object program so as to correspond to a plurality of bit strings that are a bit string of a bit number of one or more for each common variable. Determination means 13 determines a constraint condition 4 to the plurality of bit strings on the basis of a constraint condition 2 to the plurality of variables 1 for executing processing. Calculation means 14 calculates the value of each bit string that satisfies the constraint condition 4 to the plurality of bit strings.
