PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lending system capable of lending vehicle operation authority with proper security.SOLUTION: When vehicle operation authority is lent to a second high-function mobile phone 2b from a first high-function mobile phone 2a, lending of the vehicle operation authority (a user ID and a user password) is executed by encryption communication between the first and second high-function mobile phones 2a and 2b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
