PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomographic imaging apparatus which can acquire an optical tomographic image using light in any wavelength region of a visible light region for human skin, and a human skin measurement method using the same.SOLUTION: An optical tomographic imaging apparatus 1 comprises: a light source part 10 which includes a single light source 11 for emitting light including at least a wavelength region over 400-800 nm and a spectrum molding part 12 for performing spectrum molding by cutting out any wavelength region of a visible region from the light emitted from the light source 11, and emits low coherent light Lsubjected to the spectrum molding; a light division part 3 which divides the low coherent light Linto measurement light Land reference light L; an irradiation optical system 20 which linearly irradiates a measurement object with the measurement light L; a multiplexing part 4 which overlaps reflection light Lfrom the measurement object when the measurement light Lis applied to the measurement object S with the reference light L; an interference light detection part 30 which spectrally detects interference light L; and a tomographic image acquisition part 40 which acquires a two-dimensional optical tomographic image of the measurement object by analyzing the frequency of the detected interference light.
