PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a hotel employee lets a customer who has arrived at a hotel write information such as his or her name and address or the like on a check-in sheet at a reception counter, and manages the filled-out check-in sheet as customer information, causing an increase in a storage space, and that while the customer fills in the check-in sheet, it is not possible to provide beneficial information to the customer, resulting in missing a chance to provide information in a conventional manner.SOLUTION: A hotel check-in system includes: a touch panel having a touch input function disposed at a check-in counter; and an input customer information confirmation terminal and a server device connected via a network to the touch panel, therein customer personal information input to the touch panel is corrected by using the input customer information confirmation terminal, and stored in the server device as corrected customer information. The server device includes database forming means for forming a customer database configured by including a plurality of pieces of corrected customer information.
