PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothen amount of business including cash loading and ATM maintenance work of a business operator.SOLUTION: An ATM operation system preserves an error occurrence history, acquires a cash loading plan that denotes an ATM with which a business operator loads cash in a first period, calculates sense of tightness in the first period based on the cash loading plan, calculates a threshold for determining whether ATM maintenance work by a business operator is necessary or not in the first period based on the sense of tightness, and outputs a maintenance request instruction when the frequency of error occurrence of the first error category of a first ATM in a second period is determined to be larger than the threshold in reference to the error occurrence history.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
