Snow melting block, visually impaired person guidance block and road snow melting structure using the same

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a snow-melting block A and a visually-impaired-person escort block B, which, having high heat conduction efficiency, do not experience the reduction of heat conduction efficiency caused by deterioration even in a high temperature state due to some reasons; and a road snow-melting structure C installed with the blocks.SOLUTION: A snow-melting block A consists of a plate-like heat conducting material 10 made of aluminum or other material which is embedded in a tabular base material 1 made of cement-based material. A visually-impaired-person escort block B is composed by laminating an escort braille panel on the block A. A road snow-melting structure is constructed by laying a long tape-like electric heater in an excavated trough, and covering it with the snow-melting block A or the visually-impaired-person escort block B.
