Provided is a poultry house ventilation structure capable of performing ventilation uninterruptedly during a power outage. A ventilation structure (1) is provided with: a ventilation port (20) formed on the upper part of a wall (10) of a poultry house; a ventilation adjustment device (30) for opening and closing the ventilation port, the ventilation adjustment device (30) opening the ventilation port when supply of power is stopped; and a light-shielding ventilation member (40) for covering the ventilation port. A ventilation space through which light does not pass but air passes naturally is formed in the light-shielding ventilation member by a curve, a bend, and/or a tilt in a plurality of thin plates arranged in parallel so that gaps are present therebetween.
