PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tsunami alarm system, a tsunami alarm method and a program for the tsunami alarm system which can detect the occurrence of a tsunami at an early stage on the land, and which allows easy maintenance.SOLUTION: A tsunami alarm system 1 includes: a plurality of sound wave measurement units 100 which are located at positions apart from one another and measure ultra-low frequency sound waves which occur by a tsunami; an occurrence point calculation unit 200 which uses the time at which the ultra-low frequency sound waves arrive at each of the plurality of sound wave measurement units 100 respectively, calculates the difference between one time when the ultra-low frequency sound waves arrive at one sound wave measurement unit and another time when the ultra-low frequency sound waves arrive at another sound wave measurement unit as a time difference, and calculates the occurrence point of the tsunami on the basis of a plurality of time differences; and an arrival time prediction unit 205 which predicts the time when the tsunami arrives at a predetermined point by using the speed of the tsunami, the occurrence point calculated by the occurrence point calculation unit and the positional information on the predetermined point.
