PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device that control the communication of an endpoint in an industrial enterprise system on the basis of integrity.;SOLUTION: A device includes an integrity measurement value comparison unit that compares an integrity measurement value with a reference value. The integrity measurement value is generated on the basis of the state of an endpoint by the endpoint on a network in an industrial enterprise system. The reference value corresponds to the state in which the endpoint is reliable.
