PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map information acquisition program, a map information acquisition method and a map information acquisition device which can easily identify real estate.SOLUTION: The map information acquisition program controls a computer to execute processing of: determining position information of an imaging target range on the basis of a three-dimensional position of real estate captured by an imaging device, an imaging direction and a viewing angle of the imaging device; and extracting map data corresponding to the determined position information from a map information storage unit.
