PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an indirect lighting device for indoors which uses a smaller number of LED light sources, which has excellent anti-glare properties as the light source is not directly viewed even when a point light source is used, and in which variation in brightness of a light-emitting surface of a lighting fixture is small.SOLUTION: In an indirect lighting device, light entered an end surface of a light guide rod from LED light sources is extracted from a light extraction surface opposing to a frame body side surface of the light guide rod arranged in parallel on a frame body long side inside surface, along one long side inside surface of the frame body, at a side end part in a short side direction of the frame body side surface of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped-shaped frame body. The extracted light is made to reflect on a reflection plate made of a micro foam resin sheet which is formed by being folded in the short side direction toward the frame body lower surface from the frame body upper surface, and the reflection light is extracted from a light diffusion plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
