Elongation viscosity measuring method and elongational viscosity measuring apparatus

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elongation viscosity measuring method capable of accurately and easily measuring the elongation viscosity of a liquid of low viscosity.SOLUTION: In this elongation viscosity measuring method, a liquid of low viscosity is injected into a tube having a syringe 21 and a glass tube 22 (S10), a pressure is applied to the liquid so that the liquid flows from the syringe 21 side of the tube to the glass tube 22 side (S12), a pressure for elongating the liquid in the tube, of the pressure applied to the liquid, and the flow rate of the liquid flowing in the glass tube 22 are determined (S14), and the elongation viscosity of the liquid is calculated using the determined pressure and flow rate and a predetermined flow rate gradient of the syringe 21 (S16).
