PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor particle dispersion which enable a porous electron transport layer of a dye-sensitizes solar cell to form a layer having high transparency, a high specific surface and a large pore size.SOLUTION: A semiconductor particles dispersion comprises: an electrode formed on a transparent substrate; a counter electrode provided at a distance from and opposite to the electrode; and an electrolyte layer and a light-absorption layer between both electrodes. In the light-absorption layer, dye is supported on a porous structure composed of semiconductor fine particles. A dispersion element for the porous structure for manufacturing a dye-sensitized solar cell has a particle size in a volume particle size distribution of not less than 5 nm and not more than 500 nm and has three and more particle size distribution peaks.
