PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress analysis system of a piping system welded portion capable of executing highly accurate stress analysis by taking the shape of a heat affected portion of the welded portion into account with a simple configuration, and further to provide a stress analysis method thereof.;SOLUTION: A stress analysis system for performing stress analysis of a piping system having a welded portion comprises: an input section (102) for inputting design data; a storage section (106) including a design data storage section for storing the design data therein; a model generation section (110) for calculating a bead intersection angle included in a shape model of a heat affected portion while generating the shape model thereof on the basis of the design data; a stress concentration factor calculation section (114) for calculating a stress concentration factor corresponding to the bead intersection angle; a nominal stress calculation section for calculating nominal stress on the basis of the design data; and an analysis stress calculation section for calculating analysis stress by multiplying the nominal stress by the stress concentration factor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
