PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve fixing structure of which replacement and maintenance work can be carried out very easily in order to overcome some defects found in a conventional packing integrated type check valve that has been set to a secondary side of a water service meter so as to prevent back-flow from the secondary side of it, although loss of supporting due to breakage of a supporting column or the like has caused the check valve and the like to be flown to a downstream side of a piping because of no presence of a supporting structure for preventing the check valve and the like from being flown to the secondary side, resulting in that not only its recovery has become difficult, but also its piping has been clogged.SOLUTION: The secondary side end part of a telescopic motion pipe unit 2 set to a primary side of a water service meter is provided with a storing and fitting space 26 of a check valve cartridge 1, a check valve cartridge 1 with an integrally formed packing having a flange body held between the primary side end surface of a water service meter and the secondary side end surface of the telescopic motion pipe unit 2 is stored and fitted in the secondary side end part, and the check valve is installed and fitted to the primary side of the water service meter.
