PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support generation of an operation plan that effectively uses regenerative power by visualizing a usage status of regenerative power of an individual train.SOLUTION: A train operation management system 10 includes: a train control apparatus 101 for outputting a train position relative to a given clock-time on the basis of diagram information of a train; a drive state determination apparatus 102 for outputting a drive state at least indicating whether the train is in power travel or regeneration, from among travel patterns of a train at the train position; and an image-drawing apparatus 103 for displaying the train by using a drawing line category defined in accordance with the drive state.
