PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punched hole plate structure of adsorption transfer roller for overlapping type double texture and a process of manufacture thereof.SOLUTION: Although this invention is formed at an outer circumferential edge of an outer cylindrical roller, a plate-type punched hole plate is welded and mounted under a state in which the plate is wound in a cylindrical form at the outer circumferential edge of the outer cylindrical roller, the punched hole plate is formed by stainless quality material, many punched holes are formed at the outer circumferential edge, adsorption holes of the outer cylindrical roller and opened holes of the punched hole plate are communicated to each other to cause a fabric to be easily adsorbed and a damage of the outer cylindrical roller found in the prior art is prevented by the punched hole plate and a mere replacement of the punched hole plate only is sufficient when the punched hole plate is damaged, so that its expenditure can be saved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
