PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a wall-mounted toilet bowl and a wall-mounted toilet bowl capable of sufficiently curbing displacement at a tip of a toilet bowl when downward force is applied to a toilet bowl body.SOLUTION: The installation structure of a wall-mounted toilet bowl comprises: vertical members 10 which are fixed to a rear wall surface BW and vertically extended; horizontal members 40 which are connected to the vertical members 10, fixed to the rear wall surface BW and horizontally extended; support members 20 which are vertically extended at positions distant from the rear wall surface BW and support a toilet bowl body 100 in a manner that places the same up off a floor surface FL; connection members 30 which are horizontally extended and connect an upper edge of the support member 20 with the vertical members 10; and floor support materials 50 which are horizontally extended from lower edges of the support members 20 toward the rear wall surface BW and fixed on the floor surface FL.
