PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive laminate having excellent moisture and heat resistance, a production method of the transparent conductive laminate, and an electronic device using such a transparent conductive laminate.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive laminate is produced by forming a transparent conductive layer on at least one surface of a substrate. The transparent conductive layer is a zinc oxide film which includes zinc oxide and which is doped with gallium and indium, and has a content of indium of more than 8 atom% and 25 atom% or less based on the sum total content (100 atom%) of zinc, gallium, oxygen, and indium measured by XPS elemental analysis. Furthermore, initial resistivity () of the zinc oxide film is set to be more than 5×10 cm and 1×10 cm or less.
