Provided are a heat switch having a simple structure capable of changing heat transfer performance depending on temperature, a temperature adjustment structure including the heat switch, and a battery pack. The thermal switch 1 is bonded to the first protective layer 2, the second protective layer 3 arranged to be paired with the first protective layer 2, and the side of the first protective layer 2 facing the second protective layer 3. The thermal expansion member 4 whose volume reversibly changes with temperature change, and the thermal expansion member 4 and the second protective layer 3 have a gap 5 without being in contact at normal temperature. The size of the gap 5 is determined so that the thermal expansion member 4 and the second protective layer 3 are in contact with each other by thermal expansion of the thermal expansion member 4 and can conduct heat.
