PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply diluent to a combustor by using a configuration of an existing system.SOLUTION: A system for controlling fluid supply to a gas turbine combustor includes: a flow passage connected to a fuel supply source supplying fuel and a diluent supply source supplying diluent and guiding the fuel or the diluent to a combustor in accordance with switching control; a first flow regulating valve for regulating a flow rate of the fuel or the diluent flowing through the flow passage in accordance with a valve opening command value determined on the basis of a target value of a flow rate of the flow passage; and a control device for performing switching control for switching the flow passage to the flow passage for supplying the diluent from the diluent supply source to the combustor when supply of the diluent is requested, and starting supply of the diluent after changing the target value to a first flow rate command value as a target value for supplying the diluent in the predetermined flow rate.
