PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tester capable of easily testing abrasion occurring in the pin and bush of a chain.SOLUTION: A chain abrasion tester includes: a pin specimen fixing mechanism for fixing a pin specimen; a bush holding mechanism for holding a bush; a pressing mechanism for pressing the pin specimen against a bush specimen from a center line of the pin specimen toward the tangent line of the pin specimen and bush specimen; and an oscillation mechanism for oscillating the bush.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
