The invention provides a fixed eddy disc body and an eddy disc fluid machine employing the same, which can inhibit an overturning moment which takes a crank pin mechanism as a center. The machine is a cantilever-type eddy disc fluid machine and is provided with the fixed eddy disc body which is fixed in a housing; a cycling eddy disc body which is engaged in a rotatable manner relative to the fixed eddy disc body and forms a compression space in a movable manner; a driving shaft which supports the cycling eddy disc body through an eccentric shaft; and a crank pin mechanism which can prevent the autorotation supporting of the cycling eddy disc body. The crank pin mechanism is provided with a first shaft which is rotatably supported on the fixed eddy disc body, and a second shaft which is rotatably supported on the cycling eddy disc body and is eccentric relative to the first shaft. The first shaft fixed on the fixed eddy disc body is located in a range in a direction of push of the compression space formed by the fixed eddy disc body and the cycling eddy disc body.
