PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional geological model system capable of acquiring geological information on a deep underground structure in association with geography and geology in the vicinity of surface.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional geological model system 1 displays geological information in a three-dimensional model 10 with image projection means. The three-dimensional model 10 is configured such that plate members 11 having upper surfaces 11a1, 11d1 modeling respective structural surfaces are fabricated and laminated to each other by correction data corresponding to three-dimensional data of the respective structural surfaces positioned in a vertical direction and two-dimensional data of geological information corresponding to each structural surface. Also, the image projection means projects geological information onto the upper surface of the plate member 11 by correction data corresponding to a top plate member 11a.
