PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of independent base capable of preventing an independent base from peeling off while keeping framing operation easy at the field, and an independent base.SOLUTION: Each building unit is fixed on a column receiving base 12 arranged in a corresponding manner to column assembly part of adjacent four building units with respectively two anchor bolts 18A, 18B. On the column receiving base 12, a hoop reinforcement 42 is arranged so as to surround a plurality of vertical reinforcement parts 45. The hoop reinforcement 42 is arranged so as to surround the anchor bolts 18A of each building unit. On the column receiving base 12, reinforcements 50 are arranged by each of the anchor bolts 18B. Each of the reinforcements 50 comprises a surrounding part 58 surrounding the anchor bolt 18B. A part arranged on outside of the base relative to the anchor bolt 18B in the surrounding part 58 serves as a peel off prevention part 64. On a horizontal reinforcement (hakama-kin) 41, an upper lateral reinforcement part 46 is arranged. Each of the reinforcements 50 comprises a supported part supported on the upper lateral reinforcement part 46.
