[PROBLEMS] To be used for a crosslinking reaction of an epoxy compound and the like, can generate a new base by the presence of a base, has high solubility in an organic solvent, and is more heat resistant than a conventional base proliferating agent. Therefore, it is intended to provide a base proliferating agent in which a base proliferating reaction proceeds efficiently when it is contained in a base reactive compound and a base reactive resin composition containing the base proliferating agent.
