PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate MPPT system power adjustment, even if a plurality of peaks indicating the maximum power exists due to partial shadows on a solar battery.SOLUTION: An operation point correcting device 2 is provided between a solar battery 1, and a power adjusting device 3 making a solar battery current follow an optimal solar battery current when the output of the solar battery 1 is at the maximum power point, or making solar battery voltage follow optical solar battery voltage, and carrying out following control so as to operate at the obtained maximum power operation point. The operation pont correcting device 2 scans the maximum output of the solar battery, detects the maximum peak when a plurality of peaks exists, and corrects power according to the detected maximum peak to input that to the power adjusting device 3.
