PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foil manufacturing facility, a shape accuracy control method, a foil manufacturing control device, and a foil manufacturing control program capable of improving and managing flatness accuracy of a foil.SOLUTION: A second measurement device 50 for measurement distortion of a foil which is rewound by a rewind machine 30 is provided. When a second shape value calculated based on the measurement value of the second measurement device 50 becomes a predetermined and preset condition, the second shape value is utilized for modifying a rolling condition. Thereby, the measurement result of the second measurement device 50 is reflected to control of a rolling machine 10. Therefore, flatness accuracy of the foil can be improved, and high flatness accuracy can be maintained and controlled.
