PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly evaluate target human resources in various general populations.SOLUTION: A human resource information inquiry apparatus (30) comprises storage means (35) which stores ratings for a plurality of evaluation items for each person. A CPU 31 compares a rating for an evaluation item of each person belonging to general populations with a rating for an evaluation item of a target person acquired from the storage means (35), for each of different general populations, to calculate a relative rating of the target person in the general populations for each evaluation item. On the basis of the calculated relative rating, an evaluation item satisfying a predetermined condition is extracted.
