PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a soft-phone accommodated by a switch and a hard-phone not accommodated by the switch cooperate with each other, and notify of a state of operation of the cooperation.;SOLUTION: A cooperation system in which a switch accommodating a soft-phone terminal having a telephone function makes the soft-phone terminal and a hard-phone not accommodated by the switch cooperate with each other to establish a call between the hard-phone and a calling destination comprises: a cooperation information registration unit for registering a number of a soft-phone terminal of a call origination source and cooperation terminal information on a hard-phone to be made to perform cooperation, where the number and the information are received from the soft-phone terminal; a call origination processing unit for originating a call to the hard-phone on the basis of the cooperation terminal information on the hard-phone; a calling processing unit for performing calling processing on a calling destination received from the soft-phone when having received a call incoming response from the hard-phone; and a path setting unit for setting a call path between the hard-phone and the calling destination, when having received a response from the calling destination.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
