PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refining method of water-soluble substances such as FTC-ABNOTA and FTC-PDA having ultra-high purity.;SOLUTION: A multiple large capacity injection-concentration-separation-separating and refining method using a capillary isotachophoresis executes the steps of: (a) disposing a tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution containing a refining object water-soluble substance on an inlet side and a tris-glycine buffer solution on an outlet side so as to allow the refining object water-soluble substance to move to the outlet side from the inlet side; (b) allowing the refining object water-soluble substance to move from the outlet side to the inlet side; and (c) allowing the tris-glycine buffer solution to be disposed on the inlet side and the outlet side, and allowing the refining object water-soluble substance to move from the inlet side to the outlet side. The steps (a) and (b) are repeated two times and more, respectively, thereby satisfying the following formula (1): |μGly-||μL-||μCl-|, where |μGly-| shows the mobility of glycine, |μL-| shows the mobility of the refining object water-soluble substance ion, and |μCl-| shows the mobility of a chloride ion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
