Power supply device for high voltage pulse sterilizer and sterilizer for fluid food material using the same

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply for a high-voltage pulse sterilizer, suitable for industrial mass production implementation.SOLUTION: The power supply includes: a high-frequency oscillator which generates reference high-frequency signals; a rectifier which rectifies a commercial alternating current; an inverter circuit which chops the direct current from the rectifier so as to generate a high-frequency rectangular pulse current; an inverter control signal generation circuit which generates inverter control signals for controlling the action of the inverter circuit based on the applied reference high-frequency signals; and an output transformer which transforms the voltage of the high-frequency rectangular pulse current outputted from the inverter circuit so as to obtain high-voltage pulses. The inverter circuit is controlled to output an intermittent pulse current including one-cycle rectangular pulse corresponding to one cycle of the reference high-frequency signals and one-cycle rectangular pulse which is subsequently generated after a predetermined pause period.
