PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt-blown nonwoven fabric having a good feeling fully including a strength of PET, thermal morphological stability, and flexibility, and capable of being dyed under normal pressure with a cationic dye according to a purpose or a use, and to provide a method for stably and efficiently producing the melt-blown nonwoven fabric.SOLUTION: The polyethylene terephthalate-based melt-blown nonwoven fabric dyeable under normal pressure comprises a mixed polymer including 75 to 98 wt.% of a copolymer polyethylene terephthalate resin and 25 to 2 wt.% of a polyolefin-based polymer having a melt index of 100 or greater at 230°C. The dry-heat areal shrinkage ratio of the melt-blown nonwoven fabric is 10% or less at 120°C.
