PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel plate lining normal-pressure concrete tank including an explosion-release structure that can release, in an abnormal state where a pressure dramatically rises in the steel plate lining normal-pressure concrete tank for storing hazardous liquid such as petroleum and having a concrete sidewall and a steel roof plate, the pressure rapidly and can prevent a tank explosion, sudden fire, and collision of the tank.;SOLUTION: This steel plate lining normal-pressure concrete tank, which is configured by integrally forming includes a bottom slab 3 made of concrete, and a cylindrical sidewall 4 made of concrete provided to stand from an outer circumference of the bottom slab 3 and serving also as an oil protective barrier, is provided with steel plate lining members 6 and 7 having a liquid-tight structure are provided to inner surfaces of the bottom slab and the sidewall, respectively, and a roof plate 5 made of steel is connected to an upper edge of the cylindrical sidewall 4 to cover an upper part, is characterized in that an explosion-release structure 5A for releasing the pressure inside the tank is provided near a joining part between the upper edge of the sidewall and an outer circumferential edge of the roof plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
