An object of the present invention is to provide a new Aurora B kinase function inhibitor. Another object of the present invention is to provide a new nucleic acid anticancer agent. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, a new Aurora B kinase function inhibitor and nucleic acid anticancer agent targeting satellite non-coding RNA derived from chromosome centromere have been provided. The Aurora B kinase function inhibitor and nucleic acid anticancer agent include an antisense oligonucleotide having a sequence complementary to a part of a satellite non-coding RNA derived from a chromosome centromere.
