A new method of manufacturing a non-cyan gold compounds

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing a useful non-cyanide gold compound utilizable as a gold feed source for electroless and electrolytic plating liquids.;SOLUTION: As the solution of a gold salt, instead of an aurous chloride solution, one or more kinds selected from a gold sodium sulfite solution, a gold potassium sulfite solution and a gold ammonium sulfite solution are selected, the pH of the solution of this gold salt is adjusted to 7.0 to 14.0, its temperature is held at 0 to 100°C, this solution is added with a solution obtained by dissolving 2-mercaptobenzothiazole into one or more kinds of aqueous solutions selected from sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide, and reaction is caused for 1 to 15 min to obtain a non-cyanide gold compound at a high yield.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
