PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the length and the diameter of a burner frame appropriately and suppress occurrence of rings by preventing local overheating of the inner wall of the rotary kiln through a simple structure, in a rotary kiln for ferronickel refining.;SOLUTION: In a rotary kiln 1 for refining of ferronickel which has an inner diameter of 4.0-6.0 m and a length of 100-200 m and is provided with a burner 2 at the discharge end 1B for discharging sintered ores, the burner 2 includes a dust coal blowout part 21 which is nearly cylindrical and blows out dust coal concentrically and an air blowout part 22 for combustion which is located around the fine powder blowout part 21 and blows out air for combustion. In the tip part of the air blowout part 22 for combustion, a plurality of blades for swinging which swing air for combustion and blow out are provided at an angle of 30-60° to the longitudinal direction of the burner 2. In the tip part of the dust coal blowout part 21, a plurality of blades for swinging which swing dust coal and blow out are provided at an angle of 0-60° or 120-180° to the longitudinal direction of the burner 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
