The hook material adheres to the loop pile-type commercial carpet and has the ability to be changed at any time without the use of adhesives or chemicals. The hook material may further possess a desired color and/or texture as may be desired for a particular application, including areas having heavy pedestrian traffic and/or to enhance child education.
