In order to quickly and efficiently evaluate the results of a worker, this result evaluation device is provided with: a memory unit that stores judged data used as basic information allowing a manager to evaluate the quality of a resu a relationship evaluation unit that, when unjudged data, which is not used as basic information for evaluating the quality of a result, is newly acquired from a worker, evaluates the relationship between the unjudged data and the result being good on the basis of the judged data stored in the memory unit; and a quality determination unit that determines the quality of the result in accordance with the relationship evaluated by the relationship evaluation unit.
